Debb started Opening Doors Together in June 2022. She employs a strengths-based perspective and utilizes a range of approaches including mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, solution-focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques.
Debb enjoys empowering individuals and families to set and achieve goals. She guides through change, helps to understand & overcome the effects of trauma, and identifies & solves problems. Her cooperative approach to therapy will aid in the discovery of self. Debb opens the door to this journey by providing a safe, therapeutic space, where trusting relationships flourish.
