Raina Severson
Executive Director

I was fortunate enough to grow up in Lake Mills, WI! I was influenced greatly by my time in the Lake Mills Area School District where the teachers and administrators showed true care and concern for their students. While attending college, I picked up many serving jobs in Lake Mills and volunteered with local organizations. This is when I truly fell in love with Lake Mills, those that live here, and the special community that we have. I think the majority agree that Lake Mills is a special place, with charm that is unmatched. My passion is to support the community members and business owners which is why I am honored to serve as the Executive Director of Legendary Lake Mills: A Chamber Main Street Organization.

Program Assistant

Hi, I’m Mallory Topel, and I’m so excited to be the new Program Assistant at Legendary Lake Mills! I grew up in Lake Mills, went to St. Paul’s School, and stayed involved with my family’s business, Topel’s Towing & Repair, so this community has always been close to my heart. After earning my B.F.A. in Theatre from Viterbo University and working in stage management, I also started my own virtual assistant business, where I helped small businesses and nonprofits with things like social media and program coordination. I’ve always loved being part of projects that help people and bring communities together, so when the opportunity to join the LLM team came up, it felt like the perfect fit. I’m thrilled to be back home, diving into projects like the Knickerbocker Ice Festival, managing the website, social media, and helping local businesses thrive. I’m truly grateful to be part of such an amazing team and excited to contribute to the growth of this wonderful community.
