Discover Sandy Beach in Lake Mills, WI
Shelter reservations can be made in person at Lake Mills City Hall, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or online at City of Lake Mills – Make a Reservation. Availability is limited during peak summer months, so early booking is recommended.
Daily and seasonal beach passes are required to enter the recreational area. These passes can be purchased at the Sandy Beach entrance during open hours or at City Hall. Fees help maintain the beach and its high-quality facilities for public enjoyment.
Daily admission fees at the gate are CASH ONLY.

BOAT LAUNCH FEES (Sandy Beach & Mill Pond) (City Resident/Non-City Resident/Non-State Resident)
Customers must show a current boat registration card or bring up the information on the Go Wild WI DNR website to receive a pass. Expired registrations are not accepted. City staff will not look up registrations for customers.
Daily Boat Launch Fee: $8.00/$8.00/$15.00
Seasonal Boat Launch Permit: $30.00/$60.00/$80.00
Replacement Boat Launch Permit: $5.00 each
